It is mainly used for cable inlet, grounding and fixing and the splicing between the terminal end and pigtail. Users can select unit or ring flange amount according to their practical needs
1. Products components: cover, inner components, and fiber connecting protector Inner components:
1.1 Cover: the cover should be easily opened for the convenience of installation;
1.2 Inner components:
1.2.1 Bracket: the main component, used for supporting the inner structure
1.2.2 Fiber Optic Splice Tray: to store the spliced fibers, protectors and the spare fibers, with the length being about no shorer than 1.6m; the curvature radius of the coiled spare fiber being no less than 32mm; Easily recognizable marks of series numbers and adequate room should be provided for operation of re-splice fibers.;
1.2.3. Fixing Device: used for the fixation of fiber protective jacket, reinforced components of fiber cable and distribution pigtails;
1.2.4.The heat shrink protective sleeves are used to protect the spliced fibers
2. Appearance: The shape should be complete, no burr, no air bubble, no chap, no hole, no edge or impurity; the grounding should be evenly –colored with static electric plastic sprayed and the color should be continuous, no nick or dew point.
3. Material: all components made from plastic should be of excellent anti-corrosion performance, all components made from metal should be static plastic sprayed around; the physical and chemical capabilities of the material should be stable and should be compatible with each other.
3.1 The melting temperature for the material used for the heat shrinkable protective sleeves and the packing should be no lower than 120°C, the intenerate temperature is higher than 90°C, the usage temperature: -25°C - 40°C;
3.2 All material should be innocuous, none-corrosion, no side effects to human health or other equipments.

4.3 All are designed as modules; all operation could be done at the front side of the box; flexible installation, convenient for operation and maintenance;
4.4 Designed as a drawer, which could be pulled out and pushed in easily; an unit with splice and distribution integrated;
4.5 Suitable for both ribbon & bunch fiber cables;
4.6 Every tray can be clamped with 12 FC, FC (Duplex), SC or ST adaptors, 30°oblique installation, preventing eyes from harm of laser and ensuring the fiber bending radius.
4.7 The trays could be pulled out for operation, which makes installation easy and convenient;
4.8 All fiber cables and pigtails have more than 2m room to storage.
