Scope of Usage :

This Bias Cutting & Winding Machine applies to industries like shoes, garment, suitcases & bags, headgear and leather, and so forth. It is used to roll up materials into vertical-stripe or stright-stripe rolls, measure their lengths, and make them ready for the strip cutting of MX-170 Strip-Cutting Machine.
 

Main Functions:

(1) It can roll up both stright-stripe and vertical-stripe material.

(2) Maximun width of materials rolled : stright-stripe 1700mm, vertical-stripe 1600mm, It also can be tailored to the customer’ s requirements.

(3) It uses stepless speed change system, and can achieve best rotating speed according to different materials rolled. It is also user-friendly.

(4) Machine Measurements: 2000mm(length)*850mm(width)*1200mm(height)

(5) Weight : 650kg (about 1.3 Ton)
