Intro: It is made of high quality bauxite chamotte, flint clay,high purity silicon carbide, electrical forging anthracite, various special
micro powder and new-type compound bonding agents developed by us.
Features: Good fluidity and can wiggle slowly in small gap.
Initial setting time can be over 20 hours for complete penetration.
Short hardening time&high strength. The product has elasticity without rupture even gap after hardening.
It can bind strongly with furnace shell and furnace lining as one part. After heating there are small
expansion to fully fill the gap between furnace shell and cooling wall to avoid the gas leak from the gap.
