General introduction
Sand Making Production Line / Stone Crusher is suitable for crushing and shaping for soft, medium hardness and super hardness materials. It' s widely used in water conservancy, highway, high-speed railway, bridge and civil engineering. It' s also used as Sub-crushing for high Abradability material, especially carborundum, sintered bauxite, magnesite clinker, basalt, cobble, granite, limestone, marble, dolomite, quartz, manganese ore and other super-hard materials.
The line is special suitable for producing sand for construction, it can produce different grains of sand for construction with uniform grain and high compressive strength, the quality is better than original sand and sand produced by hammer crusher, it can enhance the construction quality. The equipment is characterized by high automation level, low operation cost, high efficiency, energy-saving, big productivity, small pollution and easy to maintenance. The output sand is uniform in grain and good shape, level configuration is reasonable. The line can produce all kinds of sand or stone by different configurations.
Basic technology flow chart
Stones are fed into primary jaw crusher regularly by vibration feeder to be crushed primarily, then the coarse materials are transported to horizontal impact crusher to be crushed into medium size, then the materials are conveyed into the vibration screen to form two parts, one part whose grain meets granularity requirement of sand making material enter into sand making machine(vertical impact machine) to become sand, another part return to horizontal impact to be crushed again.
Partial carpolite enter into sand making machine and become sand, after washing by sand washer to get finished product, another part will return into sand making machine to be crushed again to form a close loop circulation, then get qualified sand. The sand grain is controlled by the screen.
