General Description

1. High Efficiency and Energy-saving:
As compared with conventional Raymond mill, superfine pendulum pulverizer has its output increased by 50-80% for the same fineness, while the total installation power increases only by 1-8% and energy consumption is reduced over 30%, thus improve economic efficiency greatly.
2. Wide range of processed material:
The superfine pendulum pulverizer can process all kinds of non-plastic ores, miner soil, coal powder, metallic oxide and chemical synthetic whose Mohs hardness up to 9 and water content below 8%.
3. Fineness of final product
In one lot, superfine pendulum pulverizer can process finished goods in the range of of 80-1250 mesh (screening rate 97%) without secondary grading. In view of high grading accuracy and no contamination of large particles, they can satisfy the demand for increasingly large market range.
4. Clean Production Environment.
The superfine pendulum pulverizer adopts a forced draft system of closed cycle under negative pressure, no causing ash leakage. Through modifying structure, the vibration of whole machine is reduced and noise is lowered significantly, it meet the trend of environment. There is no air pollution in the inside and outside of equipment workshop. It improves the operation environment of workers greatly and reduces discharging loss of fine powder.
5. Simple operation
The whole line is controlled by PLC, high automation level and low operation cost.
