Feature of Water Chiller
 

1. New cold intermediate and multi format: R-134a or R-22 is selectable, green environmental protection; there are more than 30 types from 105kW to 1650kW.

 

2. Twin-screw: semi-hermetic compressor imported from overseas, with advanced 5-6 asymmetrical teethed rotor for saving energy, simply structure and design with few parts, twin-screw, high precision of machinery structure, each part is equal and unanimous to decrease the frictional resistance, fine processing of twin-screw links closely, running smoothly, peaceful and durable. Because it uses differential pressure feed method, it does not need oil cooler and oil pump ect this kind of complicated oil system, it is better for maintain and service.

3. Condenser and evaporator: each part has been examined by Ministry of Labor; the condenser used is high efficiency of horizontal shell and tube type, heat-exchange tube has particular wing structure. The system’s flow structure is simple; heat-exchange is stable, few malfunction, easy to maintain. The heat-exchanger use tube and plate supporter with delicate design, it is good for installation and transportation.
 

4. Microcomputer to control: perfect intellectualization of control system, LED PLC operating window for monitor the operation anytime. In the control box, there is special-purpose socket  reserved for user to connect long-distance line, also, users can connect computer or MODEM by RS-232 and RS-485 in order to enter public telecom switching network. and monitor the long-distance communication.( for detailed information please refer to the technical manual).
