Lipase

Lipase is a special class of ester bonds catalytic enzymes, have biological activity. In the water phase or organic phase, lipase can catalyze hydrolysis, alcoholysis, esterification, transesterification and many other types of responses. These reactions are reversible ,which wo  need to control the necessary conditions to promote reaction of super-direction.

Product characteristics and reaction conditions

The product is yellow powder. optimum  temperature is 40 ℃ and optimum PH is 8.0-8.5.

Product Attributes

The important feature of lipase is that it can only be effect on iso- phase system, namely on the water insoluble oil - water interface  and effect slowly or not on the uniformly dispersed and water-soluble substrate .The temperature , which lipase catalyzed esterification , transesterification, and ester-exchange reaction is 40 ℃. the reaction system  normally contains trace amounts of water. after stirring or shocks, reaction medium and enzyme have full access and what more important is that the formation of micro-water environmen can provide the necessary oil-water interface. Sometimes, a small amount of water is required to add to start the reaction. some substances had strong polar such as short-chain alcohol and glycerin ,which have bad effect on the enzyme substrate , required to join in batches. . the accumulation of reaction products can inhibit reaction and some products will also have toxic effects on enzyme. so reaction products should be timely to remove in the reaction process.if one substrate is a suitable excessive ,then it can increase another substrate conversion rate.

The application method

The substrate to be hydrolysis is generally very small solubility in water, adding some suitable emulsifier, mixing and shocking to form a stable oil-water interface will make full contact with the substrate and enzymes and carry out the reaction fully .

1, Taking suitable amount of enzyme to use ,avoiding cation surface active agent and so on,which make enzyme inactivation,to co-exist.

2, Affected by many factors such as catalytic conditions, balance control, the reaction environment of enzyme,users should full consideration the best reaction conditions and reaction volume based on the actual situation.

Packaging and storage

Inner packaging packing by aluminum foil bag is 1Kg each bag. outer Packaging packing by cartons is 10 bags each box. This product must avoid bright light, heat and humidity. It should be placed in low temperature, dry place. It can be stored for 18 months below 20℃ .
