Pipeline casing insulator is used for protecting the external coating and insulate oil & gas pipeline from the surface of the earth. It is widely used in pipeline construction directional traversing --- roads, railways, rivers as well as all kinds of pipeline construction projects which need to be insulated.

The material is HDPE which has the features of high insulativity, abrasion resistence and impact resistance.

Applicable pipeline diameter range is from 38mm to1670mm, and we can also provide special specifications according to customer requirement.
