ENC3144 is h.264/MPEG-2 4 channels low bitrate encoder, reaches to use the Min data stream to transfer the high quality picture effect, which will be suitable special for the TV operators owned frequency resource limited. The IP output the signal into video server by switch, and then the switch will process, distribute, manage the data and send it to video server network, last the signal will enter into the terminal of the users. It can be used to support IPTV,internet and mobile video,digital cable and video surveillance applications,In addition,the ENC3144 provides one of the highest compression efficiencies in the broadcasting,making it possible to transmit high quality video content at the lowest bandwidth possible.
