As a new type of flexible permanent materials, known as the strongest flexible magnets in the world
The material consists of Neodymium (NdFeB) powder dispersed in plastic, flexible carriers
They are available by calendering or extrusion (BHm=80kJ/m³) (10.0MGO) (isotropic), BHm=100KJ/m³ (12.5MGO) (aniso tropic) in lab and BHm=16 to 68kJ/m³ (2.0 to 8.5MGO) in mass production)
Features:
Better workability and flexibility
They can be cut, drilled, milled to different shapes , such as long and narrow bars, large area thin sheets, thin ring and more
Thickness range: 0.4 to 8.0mm
Magnetization: (common) multi-poles or through the thickness
They can be magnetized in many ways
Surface treatment: UV coated or patterned
Back up with PVC is available
Max working temperatures: 120°C
Application:
Widely used in micro-motor, sensor, flat speaker, catches, holding and more
