  • As a new type of flexible permanent materials, known as the strongest flexible magnets in the world
  • The material consists of Neodymium (NdFeB) powder dispersed in plastic, flexible carriers
  • They are available by calendering or extrusion (BHm=80kJ/m³) (10.0MGO) (isotropic), BHm=100KJ/m³ (12.5MGO) (aniso tropic) in lab and BHm=16 to 68kJ/m³ (2.0 to 8.5MGO) in mass production)
  • Features:
    • Better workability and flexibility
    • They can be cut, drilled, milled to different shapes , such as long and narrow bars, large area thin sheets, thin ring and more
    • Thickness range: 0.4 to 8.0mm
    • Magnetization: (common) multi-poles or through the thickness
    • They can be magnetized in many ways
    • Surface treatment: UV coated or patterned
    • Back up with PVC is available
    • Max working temperatures: 120°C
