This machine consists of framework, motor, speed reducer, gear, two teams of rolling knife, the plate for coming into the materials steel strip. The set for receiving the cutting steel strip automatically consists of electromagnetic damper, adjustor of voltage of electromagnetic damper, bracket for placement of bobbin, bobbin for receiving cutting steel strip.
Rolling knife consists of two teams of mutually inbuilt rolling knife that parallel on the axes, each team of rolling knife including the cricoid knife, the patch for padding the knife, polyester gasket installed on the shaft and the two side of rolling knife are fixed by nuts. The shafts of two teams of rolling knife are connected with the framework of machine through the rectangular track of the basic section of bearing apart, two teams of rolling knife are connected with gear box. The two teams of rolling knife could rolling cut, because of the physical characteristic with compressibility and recovery of polyester gasket, the flat steel strip could be cut and flip for guaranteeing the flatness of steel strip. There is a plate for coming into the materials steel strip, the direction of materials could be guided.
