DXQ manufactures & supplies a variety of Tong Dies for series of wellhead handling tools. All tong dies are heat-treated with a special process that assures uniform tooth hardness long life. They are wear-resisting and corrosion-resisting. The main material is 20CrMn or 8620; the hardness of the tong dies will reach to 58-62 HRC. A variety of tooth patterns, such as Pyramid, Plain and Blue Diamond are available to securely grip the hardest strings of casing, tubing and drill-pipe. We can also design and manufacture special tong dies according to customer's requirement and drawings.
