The Foil Coiling Machine (Single) is constituted by unrolling system, feeding system, pressing system, cutting system, terminal-insulation unrolling machine, aligning system, coiling system, soldering system, layer-insulation unrolling system and electric control system.
The execution of machine movements is realized by secondary mechanism of the machine that is mainly controlled by pneumatic components, which is not only environment friendly but also free of oil leak. The strain force on foil bank during coiling is provided by the pneumatic clutch of the unrolling system, and the maximum strain force can be as high as 2000N. At the same time, a photoelectric device is set up to control the straightness of the coil terminal.
The draw and release of the layer insulation is automatically controlled by imported magnetic-powder clutch. Steady soldering is achieved by the cooperation between straight rails and rolling ball screw so that soldering quality is guaranteed. PLC programmable control is applied in electric control system to manage frequency-conversion speed change which provides a high degree of automation man-machine interface.
