1. General description:

BCS series automatic batching packing machine is automatic

 batching packing machine use compressed air as power, the main 

characters are as follow:

1.1 wide application range

It can pack powder or the mixture of powder and granule whose

 fluidity can be good or bad. Such as titanium pigment, starch, 

gypsum powder, all kinds of dry mortar, fireproof material, etc..

1.2  Reliable and endurable

Adopt air transportation, material is suspended during flow, 

the friction is small, small abrasion is to packing machine. 

What's more, use high quality electric elements, so the maintenance

 cost is low.

1.3 Use computer control, it's easy to operation.

1.4 High precision measurement. It have two kinds of speed,

 can realize coarse and fine measurement, auto-packing is fast and precise. 

1.5 Release bag automatically

 Operator just put the empty bag on the feeding mouth( nozzle), packing machine can feed the bag automatically, 

when reach setting, packing machine push the bag and release

 it automatically.

1.6 It's small powder. It equips with dust collecting cover, the small

 dust resulted from packing process can be absorbed in the dust 

collector through cover, it avoid the dust leakage pollution.
