Polyurethanes mould coating series flexible and wearable with super adhesive covering power and staining capability

Applications:
Surface coating on PU toys, armrests and handrails, parts of body built or medical equipments whose materials are made 

from polyurethane integral skin foam or high resiliency foam synthesized by polyether.

Uasage:
a.The temperature inside moulds should be 20~60°C. 
b.Spray the release agent evenly into moulds and wipe clean with cotton cloth.
c.Polish PUS paint: solvent(1:4~6) deluted into 10s of viscosity(cup4#); spray evenly into moulds.
d.Pour prepared mixtures into moulds, close the moulds and shake.

Tips:
a.The product is highly condensed, please fully dilute with methyl ethyl ketone before using it, and cannot be mixed up with 

amyl acetate, ethanol, gasolene contained waterdrop, or diluents which have alcohol compounds or benzol substance.
b.Please keep sound airing condition while spraying it.
c.suggest to test it before large scale production and pay attention to the choice of release agent.

1.Open the temperature is 20 °C ~ 60 °C mold 

2.Spray evenly to the mold release agent 

3.Even the black spray paint coating mold 

4.Pouring liquid polyurethane material 

5.close the mould 

6.doff mould
