4.Silicone rubber housing and core rod are tightly integrated,so accidents caused by interface electrical breakdown are avoided
5.With special colloid installation and compression joint technique in the connection of fiberglass epoxy resin lead-out rod and hardware fittings,insulator has advantages of high mechanical strength,nice figure,small volume,less weight
6.Another advantage is that the hardware plated with zinc to resist erosion can be interchanged with porcelain insulator
C.Performance
1.Excellent electrical characteristic,high mechanical strength and extension intensity of fiberglass epoxy resin lead-out rod have 2 times stronger than general steel,10 times higher than porcelain.So it's more safe and reliable
2.Good resistance to soiling and flashover,not required to be cleaned by hand.Flashover voltage is 1.6-2 times higher than the same creepage of porcelain insulator.It is very useful in heavy polluted area
3.Small volumn,light weight,(only 1/6-1/19 of the porcelain with the same voltage level )flexible structure,convenient for transportation and installation.
4.Silicone rubber housing has great hydrophobic property to protect against inside wet,not require the monitor of preventation and clean,reduce daily maintenance.
5.Good sealing performance,strength anti-electrical erosion,the tolerance leakage degree reaches TMA 4.5 degree.They have excellent resistance against erosion,low temperature and can be applicable for ambient temperature from -40 degrees to +50degrees.
6.Good shock resistance and collision resistance to prevent crash,bend and wrest.It can be interchanged with porcelain and glass insulator.
We propose to use corona ring at 110kv and above corona ring is necessary at 220kv and above different end fitting types are available on request.
