Product Description:
(FT-ZA-40) abrasive is a new, dense and fused alumina-zirconia abrasive produced for grinding wheel manufacture, which can extend life and improve cutting ability. It is produced by fusing Zirconia and alumina above 2000 degrees. FT-ZR40 is a unique abrasive. It is characterized by a higher percentage of cubic zirconia evenly distributed throughout the individual grain. It cuts more aggressively, last longer, and exhibits more uniform wear.
(FT-ZA-40) is recommended for using in resin-bonded portable, depressed center, and cut-off wheels.
Available sizes: F8-F220. Other sizes can be also available according to customer's requirements.
Chemical composition (% by weight)
Packing way: 25kgs or 50kgs packed in three layers bags or can be packed on customer's request.
