1. Label removing theory: label is divested by both the rotor rubbing on the gear plate and screw mandrel rubbing in the barrel.

2.The hard wearing of the gear plate and screw mandrel is long and they can be changed

3.The rubbing gap length of the label removing machine can be adjusted according to the PET bottle size and if the bottles are compressed or uncompressed, thereby reaching the optimum label removing efficiency.

4.When the label is divested, bottle and label can be separated automatically.

5.By this machine, the labels on the bottle can be removed up to 95 %( include paper label).
