Expanded wire Mesh
Expanded Metal is made from sheets of solid metal that are slit and stretched with each stroke of the upper die, forming a raised diamond pattern. This pattern is called regular or standard. The pattern varies with the gauge and type of material and the size of the diamond. The sheets can also be flattened by rollers for an optional style by passing them through a cold, roll reducing mill.

Expanded metal mesh can be made from a wide range of materials, chiefly expanded steel mesh, aluminum expanded metal mesh, expanded stainless steel, expanded nickel and other metal, as steel reinforcement materials in petroleum, chemical industry and building decorations.
Materials: stainless steel plate, iron plate, copper plate, aluminum plate, low carbon steel plate, etc.

Usage: widely used in the core of filter, medicine, filtering, breed, battery, mechanical protecting, making the crafts, the meshes for the high-grade sound box, decorate, the seating for children, small basket and basket.
Standard Packing: in rolls or in wooden pallet. Also the customers' packing at request also be available.
Thickness available for expanded metal ranges from 0.5mm to 8mm.
