installation depends mainly of the following criteria:

b the rated current, wich determines the rating of the equipment

b the type of system (1,2 or 3) (see below)

b the rated voltage, wich determines the number of poles to be involved in breaking b the maximum short-circuit current at the point of installation, which determines the breaking capacity
