LG series vertical multistage centrifugal pump is a new product developed in compliance with the standard of China Fire Bureau for water supply and discharge in high-rise constructions. Thanks to the advanced energy-saving hydraulic model, it is featured by high efficiency and wide performance range to better meet the operating requirements of users. Besides, this pump takes a vertical and segmental structure, and the advantages of security, stability, long life, small occupation space, easy installation and maintenance.
1. This series of pumps take a vertical multistage segmental structure, with suction casing,
stage casing and discharge casing fast bolted into a whole. An impeller and guide vane are mounted to each stage. Its axial force is balanced by hydraulic power, while the rest axial force is borne by one or a pair of ball bearings.
2. Shaft seal uses a specially designed mechanical seal. To disassemble the mechanical seal, it is needless to take off the motor. Just open the middle clamp coupling to take out the sealing element. It is very easy for replacement and maintenance.
3. The pump is driven by a vertical motor through clamp coupling. Viewing from motor, pump makes clockwise rotation;
4.The pump has its suction nozzle down and discharge nozzle up. Their relative positions may be made to 0°, 90°, 180° or 270° according to user’s request before going out of the factory. Generally, the pump goes out of the factory at 180°.
5. No need of adjustment of assembly, easy disassembling and assembling;
6. Motor may be fitted with ordinary model of standard Y series.
