1. Relevant field of technology
Dust removal device of burnt lime hydrator is widely used to deal with the dust and harmful gases produced in the process of lime hydration of steel plants, power plants, chemical plants etc. It can meet the needs of a variety of processes. This equipment adopts the atomization dust removal and the impact water filtration technologies, enable to deal with the dust and harmful gases produced in the process of lime hydration. That means the abandoned dust of quicklime can be recycled and there is no dust pollution at the scene environment. It will help burnt lime hydrator reasonably allocate water needed during the lime hydration. Different specification of lime hudrator will be choosed according the quicklime feeding amount of different enterprise to hydrate quicklime acdequately. After the dust removal device and the lime hydrator forming a complete set, the lime hydration ratio can exceed 90%, the dust extraction ratio can reach 99%.
 
2. The mechanism of XCE Dust Removal Device
This device takes the techniques of dust labyrinth circulation and fluid dynamics. It's able to balancedly allocate the effective wind produced by blower-fan into the internal dedusting pipes. So that all the steam and  dust produced during the process of quicklime hydration could be balancedly disposed and filtered by the high pressure spray and water in tank. And all the filtered water and dust flow back to hydrating cabin. Finally, it will achieve the aim of hydrating quicklime adequately.
 
3. Installation
1) XH series burnt lime hydrator is installed in the upper of the bottom belt of screw feeder. The inlet is connected with the outlet of the scress feeder, and the hydrated lime will fall on the collection belt or the feed tank. This dust removal device will be installed beside the distribuing bin of the burnt lime hydrator, any posintion 1-10m away from the belt bracket. The inlet of the dust removal device and the outlet of the hydrator are connected together. Through the high pressure mud pump the hot slurry will be drained into burnt lime hrdrator to achieve secondary utilization.
