I. The main feature and use of the machine

1. The production line of this lamp-post is made up of two sets WC67K-600/6000 DA52 double-cylinder hydraulic

2-sets-tandem bending machine of the same specification. It could process the longer work piece, especially in city buildings, the highway lamp post, shot power, automotive frame, and so longer work pieces on.

The system also could be used as single machine, hydraulic bending machine. It adopts welded-steel plate construction, so eliminate stress by vibration ageing. It has a better rigidity and stability. All of the rack with a good rigidity, work stability, safety, and convenience. It adopts mainframe of the bending machine produced by Holland Delem and electro-hydraulic proportional servo valves produced by Germany Bosch, operating security, high accuracy. The "closed-loop" classification control system is made up of ruler, Electric-Hydraulic ratio, regulex used in valve. It analysis and control programs the relative position of the slider and workbench, synchronic accuracy exactly. It makes slider synchronous operation. And it ensures good bending strength and precision.

3. The machine tool is made up of rack, table, slider, master cylinder and rear stopper. The completely design and manufacturing process can ensure the manufacture and the operational precision of the tool.

4. Slide action design, ensures work stability, safety, and convenience.

ssed by CNC boring miller. It ensures the requirement of the precision. 6. The lead rail adopts advanced self-lubricating material. No need to lubricating maintenance.

7. The rigidity design of working table, vertical columns, beam, and slide are very high, the shape of the working piece is performance.
