Introduction:
Molecular Sieve 13X is the sodium form of the type X crystall and has a much large pore opening than the type A crystalls. It is a kind of alkali aluminosilicate and able to absorb molecules with their critical diameters no more than 10A.
Applications:
A) Dry gas, purify raw air material: get rid of H2O and CO2.
B) Desulfurate liquid hydrocarbon and natural gas: get rid of H2S and thioalcohol.
C) Molecules can be adsorbed by molecular sieve 3A, 4A and 5A can be adsorbed by 13X.
D) Can adsorb molecular whose diameter is a little less than critical diameter, such as some aromatic hydrocarbon and branched-chain hydrocarbon.
Formula: Na2O·Al2O3·2.45SIO2·6.0H2O
