Product Introduction:
UF-2015 is white (or yellowish) powder. It is a multi-component adhesive which designed for wood-mould-press products. When in manufacturing process, the adhesive, wood flour, water should be mixed uniform, and it should according to the original crafts index to control the moisture content.
UF-2015 is not only with high bond strengthen but also with excellent water-proof & anti-warping property. After press ,the surface of the finished product is very smooth ,so it could save the cost of surface treatment..
The wood adhesive (powder) is one of many adhesive in our company. It is widely use in MDF, HDF, chipboard. In the year of 2000,our enviromental series product had meet the international standard –E1 Grade .After continuous years efforts of our engineer , some of our product has meet E0 grade international standard.
