It also provides for the precision grinding of special forms. A radius dresser arm is furnished as a standard feature. Tangent dressing capability is also standard with both models. Additionally, the Punch Formers are unusually versatile with precision capabilities as an inspection tool for light milling, and cylindrical grinding. The Punch Formers are machined from hardened steel and manufactured for a lifetime of accurate performance.They are safe and easy to use. The stop settings are easily adjusted from the side of the fixture, away from the grinding wheel to speed operations and improve safety. An exposed rack-gear design assures positive V-block alignment. Unseen details are incorporated to improve performance. Tool design, close-tolerance manufacturing, and the sealing of all critical internal parts against grinding residue protect the units from premature wear and minimize maintenance to provideyears of trouble-free service.
