The Activated Alumina Ball is applied for absorption the water and TBC (Tert butyl catehol) to purify the styrene, butadiene, cyclohexan, etc. During production.It has a large capacity of absorption, large surface area, high strength and thermal stability, which is widely used as an absorber, desiccant and catalyst carrier in chemical, petrochemical and fertilizer industry. It can also widely used in the deep drying of cracked gas, ethylene and propylene, hydrogen-generation, air separation, instrument air drying and fluorine treatment for H₂O₂, also in the absorbing pollution material, such as H₂S, SO₂, HF and paraffin in the water gas.

So not only this ball has the same characteristics of heat resistance and high mechanical strength as inert alumina ball, but also it can function as desiccant, filter, disperser of liquid and vapor, cover and support for catalyst.
