Description of the machine:
- The fiber opening machine is mainly used for opening 2 or 3 dimensional hollow conjugated siliconized polyester fiber that are shorter than 100mm.
- The feeding conveyer will send the raw material into the rollers automatically that ensure the operator against being harmed.
- Thanks to the developed roller which was being assembled with metallic self-lock wire, more than 98% of the fiber will be opened but without any damage
- High opening capacity: 150kg to 450kg of the fiber can be opened in one hour according to different machine model and the material
