KF-M Series can deeply and quickly purify insulating oil of all kinds of electrical equipments, it's produced higher than national standard and can quickly remove water, gases, particles from contaminated/waste oil, improve dielectric strength, shorten period of oil treatment.
This machine is widely used in almost industries such as power plants, power stations, power companies, metallurgy, petrifaction, machinery, traffic, railways etc. Especially   be used for on site transformer overhauling with 110 KV or over, and remove poisonous gases drastically such as firedamp from new oil or imported oil. It's equipped with one special device for additives, which is easy to operate; the additive put into the device is innocuous. The process of depolarization is a physical process and do not destroys the oil quality. The oil after treatment will be up to international standard.

Features :
1) Just one single pass the breakdown voltage can improve to 45 KV, after three passes the breakdown voltage will get to 75KV and reduce the degree of aging, which is different from common oil purifier.
2) High speed two- stage vacuum system can vacuities for transformer's on site installation or overhauling, finish removing gases, water, discolor simultaneously, and shorten the period of oil treatment.
3) Unique degas, dehydration, depolarization system, adopt stereo-evaporation technology, high efficiently remove water, gases, impurities from transformer oil, improve oil quality and dielectric strength.
4) Fine filtration system, five- layer agglomeration filtration from Japan, and super high fine filtration from USA, in combination with several stages of screens with mesh size reduced stage by stage. The precision filtration gets to international standard :NAS 4 Class . The life of filtration is more than one year.
5) Excellent configure, main fittings from USA, Germany, France, Italy, etc, and electrical system imported with original packing, can ensure the machine run safely with high performance and continuously about 720 hours.
6) This machine has interlock protector: A. outlet oil can reflux through overflow valve. B. Oil inlet and heater work simultaneously to avoid failure from incorrect operation.
7) High autoimmunization: adopt full automatic PLC system, operated by touching screen, with dynamic display and can connect computer to operate.
8) Advanced infrared liquid-level automatic control system to accomplish fully automatic control.
9) Special oil pumps designed and lower noise produced.
10) Special additives for depolarization can recover oil color of aged transformer oil to close to new oil color, equipped with flexible unloading device of short time, good efficiency, and small quantity. Discolor under vacuum can save cost of treatment. The impurities do not pollute the environment (it can be used to architecture and pave a road).
