LPMC portal cranes are designed, fabricated and installed with international criteria and standard, and they're widely used for handling bulk material and general cargo. Equiped with either hook or grab, LPMC portal cranes are adopted by sea and river ports, storage yards, shipyards, water power stations, ore factories and etc. LPMC portal cranes are both economic and endurable, which is easy to maintain. Straight jib, pulley block compensation and double link jib can be selected for the LPMC jib system. The single jib type of LPMC portal cranes ensures horizontal path of load throughout luffing and stable slewing at any angle. Hoisting, luffing and slewing mechanisms can be operated separately or jointly with the advantages of large radius and high speed. The jib system of double link with a lower long rod has been developed by LPMC so that horizontal movement of two pulleys during luffing and high handling efficiency can be achieved. LPMC luffing mechianism has eddy-current regulator or brake so that it can be operated reliably. LPMC employs big standard bearings or wheel-rotary columns for rotation. LPMC cab is of panoramic-view type. All controls are arranged to meet the needs of ergonomics. Anti-wind rail clamp and various safety devices(Electical and Mechanical security devices) are arranged and provided by LPMC for all mechanisms.
