Application method:

Application with spray. For a better fullness effect, it can be sprayed many times under the condition that each coat becomes touch-dry, with the film thickness less than 150 um.

Application process:

Surface preparation — PE/PU primer sealer — PE white or black primer — PE multi-color topcoat.

Package and storage:

The paint shall be stored in a 20kg metal can in a shady, cool, dry and ventilated place, avoiding rain, high temperature and fire with a shelf-life of 3 months.

Note:

1. In order to get mirror effect, Polishing is needed.

2. Polishing must be applied on hard drying finish which takes at least 24 hours. The recommended way is waiting 48 hours by wet polishing.

3. Mix on above recommended ratio. The same brand products of Doit formulated system are recommended in order to have the best performance. Don’t risk mixing other brand products.

4. Finish spraying within 15 minutes is highly recommended because the raw materials are high active imported resin, with the characteristic of short gel time. Clean spray equipment immediately after each use in order to avoid causing damage.

5. Don't Collect and wash tack rags dipped into cobalt salt and MEKPO together. Collect and dispose PE paint residue, volume solid and packaging materials. All these should conform to the local environmental criteria and requirements.

6. The products should be stored at shady place, far away from fire and heat under the temperature of below 25o C with a shelf life of 3 months.
