Three-roller energy-saving dryer is a kind of improved energy-saving drying equipment based on the original material dryer. Through constant improvement, the improved dryer has already attained to advanced world level. The machine is not only used to handle wet materials (with less stickiness or more stickiness), but also used to handle dregs of different materials (moisture content is less than 85%), such as beer dregs, starch pulp, livestock waste. The machine means a lot to feed resource, lessening of raising cost and reduction of environmental pollution.
Ⅱ. Structure and working principle of three-roller energy-saving dryer:
Materials are fed into inner roller by feeding device and there to be raised and thrown down by shoveling plate to realize heat exchange; materials move to the other end of inner roller and to be dried by counter flow when they enter into middle roller-there the materials are continuously and repeatedly raised to forward. Materials in the middle roller have achieved the best drying status because of heat from inner roller and middle roller and prolonged drying time. In outer roller, fully dried materials will move fast and be discharged under the effect of hot air; while materials not fully dried will stay to be fully dried.
Ⅲ. Two advantages and one disadvantage of three-roller energy-saving dryer:
1. The size is small and takes up little space; it is easy to transport and install.
2. Fully heat exchange: materials and hot air to make heat exchange by down flow, counter flow and also down flow. This method leads to long heat exchange time, timely moisture removal and high thermal efficiency.
3. The inner shoveling plate is quite difficult to make repair when it is damaged.
