Introduction
WD-8011 is an agglomerated fluoride-basic type soldering flux for submerged arc welding with a basicity index of BIIW 2.6. The flux is vitlelline or white spherical granular, grain size is from 10 to 60 mesh.Bulk density is low.It is suitable to small welding current which is direct, welding stick connect anode current. It has excellent welding technology properties.Regularly shaped welds are deposited without reduction of area or interface notches. Slag detachability is good. The welds are smooth and without slag residued. The solder deposited metal is the 13Cr department and Cr21Ni10 department, coorainating Cr13 welding stick series of solid,flux-cored,H0Cr21Ni10 and so on.It used in the alloy steel, high alloy steel, stainless steel automatic welding and hard surfacing welding, especially in repaired grindability pieces of hard roll.
Applications
Hard surfacing of rollers for continious casting, steel rolling, transport, etc.

Notice:
1. Before welding, flux must be baked for 2 hours at temperature of 300-350°C.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture and etc. from the weldment.
3.Preheating at 300-400°C before welding.
