Introduction
WD-8015 is an agglomerated fluoride-basic type soldering flux for submerged arc welding with a basicity index of BIIW 1.8. The flux is spherical granular, grain size is from 10 to 60 mesh.It matches the corresponding flux core and high Cr-Ni solid, for metal surfacing. It has excellent crack resistance and welding technology.Slag detachability is good.
Applications
Hard surfacing of rollers for hot working, supporting, pressure, straightening and continuous casting.

Notice:
1. Before welding, flux must be baked for 2 hours at temperature of 300-350°C.
2. Remove rust, oil, moisture and etc. from the weldment.
3. Preheating at 300-400°C before welding.
