Usage: be used for rewinding as PE, PET protected film, BOPP, optical film etc.

Features:

Feeding mechanism: one-piece style loading material, we have loading material of shaft or non-shaft according your material and request to choice.

Rewinding mechanism: It uses air shaft and slip frequency type axes, and with silicon pressure wheel of high quality.

Tension control: rewinding tension adopts magnetic powder, unwinding adopts magnetic powder tension control or automatic smooth tension control.

Pay-off mechanism: double prevent adhesive, difference speed shaft pay-off material. It can choose double silicon pressure roller speed differential feeding according as difference material.

Calculating length control: induction exchange calculating length device. Two segment table control rewinding, auto calculating length, precision count length. Coiling smoothly and operation simple.

Safety equipment: this machine is unable to start when tailstock is open to ensure safety operation.
