Construction & technical details:
1. Constructed with precise aluminum die-cast body with steel arm against rust
2. Heat treated steel rack & pinion immersed in high grade oil operate a nest of coils to give a smooth precise action & minumum wear
3. Piston and spindle been heat treated for high strength
4. Stable hydraulic fluid for any climatic operateion & constant lubrication from -20℃to+50℃.

4. Two installation types
PT 4000 series can be used in a standard installation or over head installation;
5. Standard installation
The door needs to be at least 36mm thick if it is made of steel, it must be at least 40mm thick if it is made of wood
6. Over head installation
The door needs to be at least 33mm thick if it is made of steel, it must be at least 37mm thick if it is made of wood.
