1. Simple Operating & Economical Running Cost

The full automatic Veneer Long Core Builder is specialized in cutting and jointing the monoplate veneer from 1. 5mm to 4. 0mm and simple operating by two workers, which from imfeed conveyor, electronic veneer thickness detector, cutting and jointing by hot melt glue to desired 8' x4' ' or 6' x3' and loading to automatic stacker. That all processes are operating by one perfect Veneer Long Core Builder.

2. Accurate Thickness Control

Uniform thickenss is indispensble for high qualiy core veneers, Thickness detection on Chrome-Coated roll assures very accurate thickness control all the time using NC electronic thickness detector to reduce odd core veneer to minimum wasting 1mm to 5mm from edges or flaw. And the monoplate over 80mm is available for use.

3. Hot Melt Edge - Gluing Applicator

Hot melt edge-gluing and glue-coated string appplcations enable to deminish preduction cost.

4. Automatic Stacker System

Automatic stacker by the upper belts and bottom rolls for conveying on fixed position so that it can keep the plates neat by fare and after sides, fast and quiet to operate.

5. Syncho Drive System

There are two cooling rolls pressing to make fast cooling for the Glue-coated string after it was spread with hot melting glue and prevent the plates from adhered at the string commecting spats, and synchro drive system is used to make it start simultaneously on both end that can assure the single plates are put together precisely (can reduce superimposing) and their seams cam be adjustable for 0 - 1. 5mm by the plate thickness.
