Specifications

Model Number : QY-ZA001
Description:  4A Zeolite Detergent Powder
Chemical Name: Sodium Alumino-silicate
Chemical Formula: Na2O. Al2O3. 2Si02. 4.5H2O
Appearance: Uniform white and fine powder, no visible contamination
Crystals: Round grain and good fluidity
Applicable scope:
1)  The most important usage of 4A is in  Detergent builder formulations, 4A Zeolite can replace phosphate(STTP) as soft water function, Na ion of 4A Zeolite will displace the Ca ion and Mag ion in water. 4A Zeolite has superiority capability in dirty removing and no ash sediment,it has the same unction as STTP and even better than STTP.The cost of 4A Zeolite is lower than STTP.
2)    4A Zeolite for detergent builders is better than sodium carbonate, layered sodium silicate and quick -dissolving sodium silicated. It can replaced the Ca ion in the water, and soft water, then decomposed the saponification calcium. It's also the best detergent builder which used together with polymer and sodium carbonate. The dispersion effect and the ash sediment are outstanding than STTP, and the cost is lower.
3)    4A Zeolite contains crystal water 22%, which is very stable under normal temperature and pressure condition. The crystal water will lose above 87℃, after the sample with crystal water and moistur are dried. We difficultly differentiate the two kinds of water. From below thermogravimetric analysis curve, we can know crystal water begging to lose and energy reaction in 159℃, it losed 80% crystal water in 250℃, and lose most of crystal water in 450℃. At 875℃ there's a crystal reaction and emit heat energy, it means that the crystal lattice will re-buildUD. The activation temerature normally is at 500-600℃, the regeneration temperature is at 200-350℃.
