Ice block machine is made up of mainframe and salt water tank, the evaporator is out of the salt water tank, easy to operate and maintenance and not easy to damage. The salt water flows circularly between salt water tank and evaporator with refrigerant heat exchanging in the evaporator, the temperature of salt water is reduced, then the low-temperature salt water will have a heat exchanging with the fresh water which is used for making ice in the water tank to reduce its temperature to below zero centigrade, in a certain time the fresh water will freeze into complete ice. After that, it is necessary to use a crane to fetch the ice models from the salt water tank to thawing water tank row by row, when the ice models put in the ice thawing tank which contained normal temperature water, the ice will melt a little and apart from the inside of ice models. In 30 seconds to 60 seconds lift the whole row ice modes by crane and put them in the ice falling equipment well, rotate the ice falling shelf, the block ice will poured out smoothly. Re-rotate the ice falling shelf to the vertical position in a counter direction, then, use the water filling equipment to fill the water to the regular water lever, later send the first row ice models to the salt water tank and start the second row ice harvest as the same steps.
