Concrete mixer truck we produce has sizes of 3m³, 3.5 m³, 4 m³, 5 m³ ,6 m³, 8 m³, 9 m³ ,10 m³, 12 m³, which can meet different needs of customers. Chassis is domestic and international famous brands, while speed reducer is American or Italy brand, which can ensure the truck’s stability and reliability.
The truck consists of under frame, mixing tank, transmission (drive device), hydraulic drive system, water charging system, feeding system, discharge chute, operation platform, control system and protecting device.
Mixing tank: the structure is an ordinary pear shape. Mixing water which is supplied during the transporting process is injected into tank from the head of mixing tank.
Transmission system: the drive method of mixing tank is taking engine as power source, and takes power from PTO on the rear part of engine. The power is transmit through transmission shaft to variable plunger pump and mixing tank rotates through speed reducer.
Feeding and charging system of mixing tank: important device which can help mixing tank work.
Operation system: control unit of the truck. There is “H” shape groove on control panel, which is moving space of control stick; there is spacing hole on rear part of groove, which is used for fixing the position of control stick. There is a left control stick and a right control stick on the tail part of truck, which are used to control mixing tank’s prograde, invert and speed.
Water supply system: mainly use for cleaning mixing system. There are two kinds of water supply: one is centrifugal pump water supply; the other is pressure tank water supply.
