GLⅡRadiator is a modified product on the base of GL Series our factory manufactured. It can take the place of Model GL, Model I and other copper heat elimination tubes. The steel heat elimination tubes of Model GLⅡ is highest in heat transfer index. So it's lighter, smaller,less metal consumed than Model I producing same quantity of heat. Also it can take the place of Model UⅡ,Model B copper heat elimination tubes we manufactured.
The fin tubes of GLⅡRadiator all use Φ18×2.0mm no seam steel tubes circled with 10× 0.3mm corrugation steel strip in screw shape. The distance between pins is 3.2mm. The surface of the fin tubes can be galvanized. It can be 2-rows,4-rows,6-rows and 8 rows type. The pressure of thermal medium is under 2.0MPa. And its working temperature is under 300℃.
