Multi-Lok^TM is a strong, durable, versatile, long length roof and wall cladding. It combine the strength of steel, smart fluted pans and a lock-action rib design, which together with concealed fastning, enable its use on application from low pitched roofs to vertical or as horizontal ribbed walling.

 

On site Mobile Roll- Forming Solution

Multi-Lok^TM is available in long lengths, therefore on most jobs you can have single sheet from ridge to gutter without end laps, which is possible by on site- roll forming using our mobile machine. A single length upto 100 mtrs. Is possible based on feasibility of manual installation?

Design Freedom

Multi-Lok^TM has 41mm high but slim ribs provide strength & beauty. Combine with long length and special anti-capillary side laps allow Multi-Lok^TM to be used safely for a slope as low as 2⁰ (1 in 30). If the purlin and the roof plane are perfectly aligned Multi-Lok^TM can be used for roof slope as low as 1⁰.

Concealed Fastening

The concealed clip installation system means that no fastners penetrate the profile makes it long lasting product.

Multi Lok^TM Colour coated Trapezoidal Roofing steel profile having crest height 41mm, pitch 215mm, with two stiffening ribs cover width 430mm available in any length from 1mtr.-13 mtr. On site roll forming: - up 75 mtr. Long sheet possible to avoid end laps by on the site roll farming.
