The die-casting machine belongs to  medium size die-casting machine, and is applied to non-ferrous metal alloy products in small and medium size, including aluminum, zinc, copper, etc. The machine is widely used in various industries, such as aviation, auto, motor, telecommunication meter, hardware, household appliances industry, and son on.

 

The machine adopts the PLC unit and touch screen imported form Japan. The mould closing force-enlarging toggle mechanism and the mechanism has many features, including smooth operation, high reliability and low energy dissipation, etc. The pressure injection takes four-grade pressure injection, and high pressure and speed is the characteristic of the die-casting machine. In the hydraulic system, the pressure oil is controlled through proportional overflow valve, which is sent to each actuating mechanism by the oil pump. The velocity of movement each moving part can be adjusted conveniently and reliably through proportional overflow valve adjustment. The oil pressure needed in each stage for each working elements can be controlled by the proportional valve, and the pressure transition of the pressure elevation or fall is stable, to make the entire system to save energy. All process parameters can be adjusted stably and reliably by PLC and the hydraulic system, including the speed of injection, the time of pressure building, and process parameters.
