Working principle
The working principle of our electromagnetic heating equipment is to transform electric energy into magnetic energy, make the heating body self-heat when induct magnetic energy (conversion efficiency can reach 95% or more). This heating method thoroughly solves the low efficiency of resistance heating. Comparing with the traditional resistance heating, our electromagnetic heating has the following advantages.
1. Save electricity more than 50%, reduce the production cost.
2. Under the same conditions, shorten the 1/3 preheating time,save production time.
3.Lower the surface temperature of heating unit to 60℃-80℃ ( available to human body ), make the working environment more comfortable. Improve a lot comparing with Resistance Heating, save ventilation cost for enterprise.
4. Remove the resistance heating coil,save substantial maintaining and replacing cost.
