Ice block machine MB100 with daily capacity 10 tons is made up of mainframe and salt water tank, the evaporator is out of the salt water tank, easy to operate and maintenance and not easy to damage. The salt water flows circularly between the salt water tank and evaporator with refrigerant heat exchanging in the evaporator, the temperature of salt water is reduced, then the low-temperature salt water will have a heat exchanging with the fresh water which used for ice making in the water tank to reduce its temperature to below zero centigrade, in a certain time the fresh water will freeze into complete ice. The size of block ice is the biggest one in all the ice products, little area contacts with the outside compared with the other ice, it is hard to melt. The block ice can be crushed or cut into different kinds. It applied into ice sculpture, Ocean transportation, fishing industry and so on.
