AAC Autoclave
Autoclave is the key equipment in the production of aerated concrete and autoclaved brick. Our autoclave is a horizontal cylindrical device made of steel. The quality of the autoclave is good, and its performance is reliable.
Purpose of the Autoclave :The autoclave is used for curing the cut body under high temperature and high pressure.
Structural Features of Autoclave :Our autoclave is a horizontal cylindrical device made of steel. Its cover is made of a whole piece of pressed 16 M nR steel board, and the flanges of cover and body adopt a whole piece of forged and processed 16 Mn steel board. The welding lines of pressed components are subjected to heat treatment and strict nondestructive test. The maximum design pressure reaches 1.65 Mpa.

Casting Machine  
Aerated concrete casting machine is the main equipment in the production of aerated concrete. It is mainly used for mixing the slurry, cement, quicklime, gypsum, and liquid of aluminum paste according to certain proportion in order to make them evenly mixed and react with each other adequately. Then the mixed slurry is poured into the mould frame in due time by the machine.
Purpose of the Casting Machine :Casting machine is used for mixing the raw materials to make them evenly mixed and react with each other adequately, then pours the materials into the mould frame in due time.
Structural Feature of the Casting Machine :The aerated concrete casting machine adopts screw-propeller mix, and strong whirlpool is formed in the tank so that the envelope of quicklime is damaged, as a result, the materials can be mixed adequately. Meanwhile, the height of the casting machine arm, which can go up and down , can be adjusted in the casting process to avoid splash. Two types of the machine is available: the mobile type and the stationary type. And quantitative moulding can be achieved by both of them.
 

Cutting Machine of AAC  
Cutting machine is the main and key equipment in the production of aerated concrete with annual output of more than 50,000m3 . This equipment is absolutely necessary for promoting the output and quality of AAC.
Working Theory of the Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine :The aerated concrete block and the bottom plate are put onto the overturn table and moved to the slip table of cutting machine, then they are turned by 90°, and the block is moved to the destination. The block is cut in four sides horizontally, and then cut in two sides vertically. The block moves from the small slip table to overturn table, and is turned by 90° so that it is put on the overturn table. The whole process is automatic.
Purpose of the Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine :The cutting machine is used for cutting the aerated concrete block, which has been hardened and released from the mould.
Features of the Aerated Concrete Cutting Machine
? The cutting machine can cut the block horizontally and vertically in one step;
? The cutting machine can accomplish six-side cutting, and the precision reaches the standard of GB/T11969 - 1997;
?The technology of the cutting machine is advanced, and there is no need for secondary crane, which reduces the abrasion of the block arising from multiple cranes;
? The cutting machine peels the block in six sides. The waste materials, instead getting into the autoclave, can be retrieved and used again.
? The structure of the machine is compact, the operation is easy, and the maintenance is simple;
? The whole cutting process is accomplished automatically.

Hoist and Mould   AAC hoist  
Hoist is the main ancillary equipment in the production of aerated concrete. Hoist lifts the body, which has been released from mould frame, and puts it on the overturn table. Then the body can be cut.
AAC mould  
Mould is the main ancillary equipment in the production of aerated concrete. The casting machine pours the well-proportioned and mixed materials into the mould. After foaming, hardening, and released from the mould frame the block can be cut .
