Product Description
 

The new generation of polycarboxylate superplasticizer has steric effect to cement particles spatially, thus it can prevent hydration of for a short time. That is because the main chains of the cement molecular are absorbed on the surface of cement particles while the branch chains are surrounded all around them. Its function principle is totally different from traditional water reducer of which to use electrostatic repulsion to exclude cement particles. It greatly helps to improve the quality of cement on strength, performance and permanence.

Application
 

Applicable to all types of industrial and civil construction, water conservancy and hydropower, ports, transportation, municipal and other projects in situ, ready-mixed and pumped concrete, particularly has a special excellent performance in the early strength, ultra high strength, high permeability, such as self-compacting concrete.

Usage and Precautions
 

1 The normal proportion to binder of concrete is 0.7% to 1.5%.If it is mixed with high strength concrete, the proportion may be increased to 2.5%.

2 It should not mixed with naphthalene superplasticizer.Tests are required when it is mixed with other admixture.

Package and Transportation
 

Liquid: 200 kg of polycarboxylate superplasticizer is bottled; 1000kg is canned. More than 1000kg is transported by tank.

Powder: 25Kg, Inner lined woven bags.
