Series Upward Reversing Haul-off Two-layer~Seven-layer Co-extrusion Plastics Packaging Film Lines are adopted the system of upward reversing haul-off and the reversing angle is adjustable. By means of the reversing haul-off unit, the structure of die-head is simplified. The reversing haul-off unit resolves completely a series of difficult problems of long channel for dwelling in the rotating die-head, difficult sealing for the melt, easy leakage, unsymmetrical heating, difficult maintenance, big film thickness tolerance and so on, and at the same time can guarantee the flat degree of film-winding. In the course of reversing of haul-off unit the folds of the film occurred through the board of lambdoidal can be flattened and stretched by the angle conversion of several rollers, and this enhances efficiently the comprehensive physical and mechanical performance of the products.
The lines are mainly made to produce multi-layer packaging film of recipe of raw material compound, such as liquid packaging film, cling wrap film, fresh-keeping film, film for medicine etc. According to the demands of the customers, can provide automatic air ring, internal cooling system, corona treater, automatic central web guiding system, second blowing film device, control dosing system.
