Founction:

1. Calcium Propionate is used as food and feed antiseptic,bread and cakes  Preservativess. It can be easily mixed with flour evenly as fresh  Preservativess,which providing the human necessary calcium and strengthening the food nutrition.
2. It has the on aerobic spore former which can cause bread produce ropy silk material,but not on yeast.
3. When used in starch, material including protein or fat, it has the unique mouldproof and anti-corrosion properties on mildew, aerobic spore former, gram-negatie organisms, aflatoxin etc.
4. It is a kind of new, safe and high efficiency broad-spectrum food  feed fungicide in the food, brewing, feedstuff, medicine preparation industry.
