5.Terms & conditions      
Price Terms: EXW, excluding tax & freight.      
Payment terms:  30% of down payment paid by T/Tfirst for getting down to production.      
balance should be paid off by T/T before delivery upon goods inspection passed.      
Production lead time: 5-7days upon the receipt of 30% deposit.      
Sample lead time: 2-5 days after the receipt of sample charge. 
Warranty: Guarantee for one year, if the fault is caused by human's improper operation and need to                                                                
replace new component then a certain cost  should be paid by customer.
